Data you provide in the contact and events forms: name, email, phone, date, group size and message.
Browsing data collected through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (pages visited, device, traffic source), in aggregate form.
Bookings and payments are made on FareHarbor, which processes booking and payment data under its own privacy policy.
3. How we use it
To answer your enquiries and prepare quotes for groups and events.
To manage your bookings and tell you your pickup time.
To measure and improve the website and our campaigns.
4. Legal basis
Your consent when submitting a form, performance of the booking you request and our legitimate interest in improving the website. [PENDING] validate under Dominican Law 172-13 and, for EU visitors, the GDPR.
5. Who we share it with
Providers needed to deliver the service: FareHarbor (bookings and payments), Google (analytics), the form service we use and WhatsApp if you contact us there. We don’t sell your data.

7. Cookies and local storage
When you arrive we show a notice so you can accept, reject or configure non-essential cookies. Until you choose, no analytics or advertising cookies are set in the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland (Google Consent Mode v2).
